Is is typical that doctors have to order a walking cast for a patient and what can I do until it comes?

I have a bruised growth plate and bone in my foot and my doctor wanted to put me in a ankle height walking cast. He said that he didnt have any in his office and that I would need to order one. Ive ordered it and they told me it would probably be about a week before it came in. I currently have my foot wrapped in an ace bandage and Ive been taking advil and using ice to try to relieve the pain. Is there anything else I can do to help relieve the pain?

And what is a growth plate and how did he determine that it was bruised? I know that it wasnt because he saw it black and blue and I also know bones dont bruise. personally I would have contacted another medical supply company that could get it to you TODAY cal the doc ask him how to handle this for a week btw your DOC should have ordered it it WOULD have gotten to you sooner when you talk to the doc you can also tell him that he forgot your crutches...

En un pulverizador podes poner jugo de limn y pasrtelo en la cara limpia pero despus enjuaga lo claro 1 minuto maso menos. Tambin podes pasarte agua oxigenada sin rosar las cejas o pestaas. Nota: pueden aclarar la piel. Que te haya servido besos

no amiga usa algo mas sencillo y barato que igual te va a servir el primero es comprar alcohol y si es de ese que usan para chupar mejor lo que vas a hacer es esto a mi me resulto y por eso te lo digo toma algodon o una prenda que ya no uses de algodon ponle alcohol a la prenda y tallateun poco fuerte y veras que te va a sacar todo lo que tengas ahi en la cara te va a arder por los poros pero te va a servir si tienes espinillas no te las pellizques ni nada de eso otra ponte ponds o nivea dry skin y veras que es lo mismo y si te funciona me dices sobre el alcohol si tienes espinillas o granos se van a poner como cafes pero se van a secar y solos se te van a ir cayendo no necesitas rascarte si no te quedan pozos ok.

Hola..A mi me funciono el asepcia color amarillo es bueno seca tu cara al principio notaras que las primeras semanas apareceran muchos barritos y espinillas diras para que use esto quedo peor pero ya en la siguiente semana todo desaparecera como que te extrae todo pero tienes que ser constante lavar la cara en la noche y cuando te levantas..Otro tb que es bueno es Benzaderm me lo receto un dermatologo deja la cara igual de seca.. suerte..

Get rid of Defog on your Yanmega and youll be set. Thats a pretty pro team right there just buy a few calciums protiens etc to offset certain stats that might be a bit low on one or two. Other then that your team should be able to take down anything you come across.

One of two Mojito recipes on my site. This is the traditional recipe. Ingredients 3 cups packed fresh mint leaves 9 tablespoons sugar 1 1/2 cups light rum 1/2 cup fresh lime juice 6 cups club soda 6 cups crushed ice 6 lime wedges Method Reserve 6 mint leaves for garnish. Place remaining mint leaves in medium bowl. Add sugar. Mash with wooden spoon until mint is aromatic and oils are released. Add rum and lime juice and stir until sugar dissolves. Strain mixture into pitcher. Can be prepared 2 hours ahead refrigerate. Add club soda to pitcher gently stir. Fill each of 6 glasses with 1 cup crushed ice. Pour mojito over and garnish each glass with 1 mint leaf and 1 lime wedge.

Si funciona algo pero no como dicen ya sabes la exageracin en los comerciales yo tengo una cicatriz queloide obviamente no me sirvio ni me servir pero si me quita la comezon y con eso me conformo no creo que quite arrugas pero si puede que con el tiempo las disimule un poco quiz cicatrices pequeas tambien ayude a desvanecerlas no es que sea un producto malo pero los que lo anuncian simplemente exageran demasiado deberian legislar en ese sentido como antes que no dejaban que los anunciantes dijeran mentiras o exageraciones

Yo us de todo para eliminar una cicatriz espantosa que me dej una ciruga en el cuello incluso productos farmaceuticos como este. Finalmente me la quiet con un producto cosmtico de Estee Lauder llamado: Estee Lauder Fruition Extra Multiaction Complex Treatment Moisturizer Me lo puse directamente sobre la cicartriz cada 12 horas durante 3 meses. y efectivamente me dej tal vez el 20 de la cicatriz origiunal. ohhhh ese est casi maduro duelen los profundos cuando ya estn casi para salir. Pus si tienen al menos as sabes que no va a engordar ms. Los tipos de granos dependen de las causas tienes los granos que has descrito unos chiquititos rojos que son sntoma de alergia y de diversas enfermedades unos que tienen una roncha roja alrededor que tambin son de alergia no me preguntes como lo se tambin hay unos blancos duros que los provoca una bacteria llamada molluscus nosequ los hay blancos duros y pequeos esos se van solos no es acn etc. Los del acn no duelen siempre los hay que no te enteras pero sea como sea lmpialo bien y dale alcohol o agua oxigenada una vez desinfectado vers que mejora.

I knew him fr. high school a few years back. He was the hot football player and I was the dorkycute girl. We had a few classes together and were cool and always being playful and innocently flirting. The last thing he wrote in my yrbk was that i was a funny and outgoing and i was HIS spunky little girl. He loved that i encouraged him to always do his best. Very sweet msg. Anyhoo earlier this yr i was being playful and left him a msg sayin he needed to get me a drink. Later he msged me tht he would get me a drink anytime and gave me his number. We never did...i got busy and he did his own thing...got caught up in our crazy schedules. ANYHOO i took his and texted him on his bday was being playful and played the guessing game. He was happy i gave him a greeting and we txted more for a bit. He told me to let him know his weekend plans. Its been 3 weeks and as much as I wanna hang out I just dont wanna give in. So I would recommend you read some contemporary poetry then give it another shot. Im not going to lie I only read about 2 full stanzas of it then skimmed the rest. But each stanza seems to say just about same thing or at least theres enough redundancy to not need to know the whole thing. It is also a cliche etc. of course. But you already knew that. Im not a big proponent of rhyme but if you are going to use it I recommend using it throughout. Sometimes the rhyme just seems to disappear inexplicably here. One good thing youre doing is using some images. You can build on that and perhaps use more tactile and precise imagery. Youll also want to start using some similes/metaphors. Heres a poem by Derek Walcott to get you started called Fist: The fist clenched round my heart loosens a little and I gasp brightness but it tightens again. When have I ever not loved the pain of love? But this has moved past love to mania. This has the strong clench of the madman this is gripping the ledge of unreason before plunging howling into the abyss. Hold hard then heart. This way at least you live.

The poets trick is to let the reader experience the emotion and imagery of the writer with as few words as possible by using metaphor and simile then the reader is free to use his own imagery to fill in the blanks. Not all poems need to rhyme and by using free verse the readers mind goes to his own thoughts and feelings and magnifies what you the poet are trying to express. Your love of nature is evident and animals always make people smile so keep writing about nature. You must live in a beautiful place.

And I didnt even know Billy Mays had died because theres like nothing on the news about it . And how much longer are we gonna have to listen to the same stuff over and over again on MJ . We have a good cedar board as the plate against the concrete. The concrete rises above the ground a few inches and has at least 6 of stone underneath. Wondering if we should have put something between the cedar and concrete? The exterior plywood also buts up against the concrete for 1/2 overhang...maybe should have had something between there too? Any thoughts appreciated

I think you are fine as long as you have those few inches of clearance above the soil. I would recommend that you seal the bottom edge of the plywood that overhangs the cement. This will help prevent the plywood from wicking moisture which could lead to rot or delamination.

TMobile has informed me that the reason I am unable to receive MMS messages on my new G1 Android with the 1.5 Cupcake update is because TMobile sets their limit to 300kb on their network. Any ideas on how to get around? Email is not an option because they people sending MMS do not have email capabilities on their phone.

Im 25 years old and i first started playing golf when i was 13. I played all through high school on the schools golf team. Back then we usually played 9 holes at our matches against other schools and it was common for us to shoot mid 40s on 9. The good players would get high 30s/ low 40s. Anyway.. i joined the military after high school and played occasionally. I played just how i did in high school. Drive the ball fairly short.. 220250ish and a weird slice developed from lack of practice i assume. Horrible short game. I took about a 2 year break from golf due to deployments and being places that basically do not have golf courses. I am now in Italy and theres some decent courses here. I started playing again about 3 months ago and have been playing 35 times a week. I ALWAYS hit my drives 290310 now and like 320 when i try to crank it... my low irons are insanely accurate and my short game has never been better... im literally shooting 12 strokes better every week i play. If i keep up this trend within a few months ill be shooting under par consistently... wtf? Have you ever seen this happen to someone?? They take a long break then come back some golf freak of nature?

Im doing music in motion at my horse fair with my Arabian gelding and i wanted to know what i can put on his feet or what i can do to make him pick his legs up higher. He already has the bloodlines for high stepping but i never trained him for it just western until i started him in english and now dressage. Ok so I DONT ever want to use somthing thats going to hurt him or be somthing that im going to have to pay lots of money for. I have one question that may help. Ive noticed in the past that when i put shipping boots on him he picks his hind legs up really high so should i put a polo wraps on his hocks? but what for the front legs?

Most of the stuff they did use to make a horse step really high has been outlawed in this country. It is cruel to put chains on their legs to make them step high. It is also an unnatural gate for any horse it is not bred in them.

well it depends on your horse. most horses it is unnatural. but if you have an american saddlebred or morgan breed. chains if used properly is not cruel. they are just training to step higher because the horse will want to step out of the chains and pick there legs up higher. it is not painful or cruel just make sure they are fitted and your horse isnt stepping on them. also you can use a bungee cord not too long/short attatched around the horses legs wich will cause resistance and thereforth they will gain muscle and be easier to lift the legs higher. if you fit these correctly and use them properly they are beneficial to your horse. I consider you to ask your trainer if you have one I will probably get thumbs down but oh well. good luck

putting things on his feet to weigh them down so he will pick them up higher when they are removed is cruel thats why many gaited horse trainers are finally being cracked down on for abuse. Your horse doesnt have to pick his feet up high for dressage. Actually most horses dont and if the horses pick there feet up high it is all natural and no gadget was used to make them lift them unnatually high. If you want the high step then find a trainer who can teach your horse to do it with no gimmicks or chains or other cruel methods. If your horse picks up his feet high with shipping boots this just means that you havent put the boots on him reguarly enough for him to get used to them. If you put them on for a few days straight hell soon stop picking up his feet so no wrapping his legs isnt going to work. Theres no short cut quick fix. Theres training. Find a humane trainer to help you.
