What is the name of this movie?
I watched this movie about 3 years ago in a college class. I really enjoyed it but I have no idea what the name of the film is. I cant even remember the characters names. So...for the sake of this question lets pretend the lead characters names are Sarah and Mark. Okay...heres what I can remember. Sarah and Mark get married forced marriage very young. Mark doesnt love Sarah is awful to her and leaves. Just completely disappears for years. Then after being alone for years and years Mark randomly comes back to town and is loving and wonderful. Sarah actually loves Mark. But during the whole movie you cant help but question...is this ACTUALLY Mark? Or just some guy that Mark met in his travels that is an impostor? There is a trial but it is decided that Mark is not the real Mark and he is hung to death. Someone pleaseeeee help me Thanks

That sounds a lot like Somersby with Richard Gere and Jodie Foster.
