www.mobile17.com that site is amazing ive been useing it for awhile now and never been charged 4 it besides like regular costs 4 picture messages from the phone company but mobile 17 is free you put in our own music file and then make it however long you want it 2 be up to 40 seconds. the only thing is you have to wait like an hour or 2 to recieve it. if you donate to the site you receive it in like 5 mineuts i think. but i just wait the 2 hours p haha good luck
