whats the best med for add in adults?
i think i may have been misdiagnosed i have taken a bunch of anxiety and depression meds and the side effects were pretty bad if what i have is adult A.D.D do you think i can get away with taking one of the A.D.D. meds like adderall or Ritalinn. etc...... and what are there side ffectsts ? do they have any effects on your sex life ? i took a few differn test online to see if i had add and they all told me there was a very good chance and i have expected this for a long time. how should i aproch my theripist about my request on wanting to try meds for A.D.D. ? the other meds really had a efect on on my sex life and that just made me feel worst.

I took antianxiety meds and they worked but made me gain a lot of weight and gave me nightmares. try alternative medicine. believe it or not but medical marijuana can work wonders with the right person

Vivance has worked wonders for me but it does make me too skinny. i llovee it Concerta made me MEAN and made me wieigh under 80 pounds. Focalin didnt do a single thing. but if you THINK you have add dont start meds. you WILL become dependent on them.. forever. so if you can do without them dont start. even if you think you will only take a small amout the dosage grows as you get immune to the meds. there are down sides to all add/adhd medications
