Am I healthy? How are my eating habits going?

Hi there I am 16 years old and I love to be as healthy as I can be. On an average day this is what I would eat: Breakfast: Weetbix with mueslie fruit and sometimes yoghurt. With milk : I always have apple and carrot juice. Recess: Nuts apple maybe a home made cupcake cheese. Lunch: Salad sandwich.. some days I have tuna on it. Banana or another fruit. Afternoon tea: Fruit biscuit maybe a glass of milk. Dinner: Salad leafy greens tomatoe avocado etc Steak or other protein potatoes broccoli. And during the day I drink water and recently I have been having lemon in my water due to its health benefits. And about 2 days a week i get a coffee. Excersise: I do alot of excercise on the weekends bushwalking every w/e aswell as bike riding. I dont do much during the week because its hard with school and everything I walk my dog though some days. So I wanted to know if I need to alter anything. I really like to be healthy and I think I am but if there is anything I can improve on do tell What are some of the best things you can do for your health? Cut out the cheese at recess it is not healthy as you are getting fat and calcium from other things already. Make sure the yoghurt does not have too much added sugar. You dont really need the biscuit in the afternoon. Steak is only healthy if it is lean and grilled. All in all you seem to be doing well. Take multi vitamins and he happy within yourself
