Whats a good name for my WordPress Blog?

Its going to be mostly an affiliate blog for jewelry clothes handbags shoes things like that. I was originally going to name it OhSoLovely but thats taken. And OhhSoLovely is reserved too. But Id like a name kind of like that or a name that has the same feel to it. Any ideas?

Phonepower VOIP poor bad quality service and very poor software configuration SIP agent?

I purchased the phonepower with a two years plan buy one year and get the 2nd year free its a good deal if the phone works : but it has been a nightmare for me. I spent endless hours with their Tech support and I think by now I know all of them by name : nice guys but bad VoIP phone service and definitely software configuration. The first 8 months the service worked okay phone will disconnect couple of times a week but I was okay with that. All changed with not changes on my end. For the last 45 months the phone hardly worked once a week on an average every single time the phone is down I am told by the Tech support that I have exceed my SIP agent count when that happens the phone shuts down and it will require me to call or email the Tech support to rest it which can be a long process and many times I have to make several requests for the phone to work again even after the SIP agent has been reset. I have done everything they have asked of me to do I switch from Capricorn to Aquarius to eliminate this issues as they requested I also switched and paid for a Static IP address I reconfigured the Grandstream frotn modem as they suggested I also contacted my Internet provider my phone company and ADSL all gave me a clean bill of health on the line not to mention I never had a problem using the internet at all no disruption what so ever yet they tell the SIP agent kicks because poor connection and its set for 5 count and then you are out for good. Not really sure if the SIP agent something all VoIP uses with the same criteria these guys are doing or these guys thought to be smarter. If any one has the same problem with it please share with me your experience I am thinking to post a Facebook page Phonepower with a busy dial tone Bottom line its one of those companies if the products works you are good but the minute you need help or got a lemon forget it. This phone and service has been a waste of time and I highly dont recommend it.

for the past 6 years or so literally ive been very much so wanting a lip piercing and just kept putting it off due to not being able to decide between snakebites and vertical labret piercings and this weekend might be the time that i finally just do so. so im asking about the pros and cons of each piercing to those that have them. please note that i couldnt care less about your personal opinion of either aesthetically but facts about each. i want to get a 16g to keep with the rest of my facial piercings and symmetry is important to me as well so snakebites or a labret / vertical labret seem to be the choices. im also not a fan of using my face as a pincushion in the sense of getting a piercing and letting it close then getting something else pierced and so on. i like to stick with the piercings i get. specifics im interested in knowing: would a 16g in a vertical labret cause the cheese wire effect of it sort of rejecting or would it rip easily i often will bite my lip or cheek while eating accidentally would i end up biting down on snakebites to the point of would bioplast in snakebites eliminate any tooth damage or gum erosion i actually bit my lip tonight in a general spot where one of the snakebites would be which led me to think of this would this material make my lip in a vertical labret more comfortable and can you get this as your initial piercing jewelry for healing time. which would leave less of a scar if i ever decide to take them out and if youve done this how did yours heal. with all other piercings ive adjusted to them to the extent that i dont see them anymore and they feel like a normal extension of myself yet havent ever pierced anything in my mouth and wonder if this is the same with said piercings eating putting on makeup talking etc. anything else youve experienced while having these piercings pros and cons would be very helpful. by the way: i know this hasnt anything to do about tattoos but i posted this awhile back in skin and body and got quite superficial answers so id assume under tattoos is slightly closer to the correct category. my first answerer i could only assume is illiterate. im unconcerned about personal opinions of said piercings. i asked for facts not opinions. while the second answer did have a plethora of information it wasnt entirely anything i wasnt aware of but thanks for trying. i suppose im looking for something that will lean me in one direction but ive been quite indecisive about the process.

Im 59. I was 178lbs in April a little on the chunky side but not obese by any means size 10 misses pants and was found to be insulin resistant. Dr. put me on metformin low carb diet etc. I have since had anxiety due to my job and my husband having to travel frequently for his. Since that time I have not had much of an appetitie. I am trying to stick to the low carb. diet but have stopped taking the metformin and am continuing to loose weight without trying. I am now 143lbs and barely a size 6 misses pant now. I am nervous about being able to pinch hardly any skin before feeling rib. Im now getting told Im thin and comments have gone from my coworkers telling me I have gained weight back in april to telling me I dont need to loose any more weight. My husband says I look good that Im back to the weight when we met. Other people after telling me Im thin and I ask if it looks too thin tell me I look healthy and they wish they could loose the weight I have but to just be careful to not loose too much more. Maybe Im just not use to being thin and feeling bone without pinching an inch but Im a little concerned to loose any more and havent really tried to loose the amount I did. In June I had some severe headaches and an MRI showed a potential microadenoma on my pituitary gland. I cant go back until Dec. to see if I have one for sure or not. I have had lots of bloodwork done and its all normal. BP is normal. EEG is normal. URINE creatinine is high but BLOOD creatinine is normal. All my electrolytes etc. is normal. My cholesterol is only 125. Dr. said weight loss and lack of appetite could be due to the anxiety Ive been experiencing and because I walk 3 miles about 3 times a week on average the high creatinine level in my urine eating smaller meals and being low carb could be me burning muscle but not to be concerned because the creatinine could have just meant I was dehydrated and wasnt to a worrisome level mine was 275 on a 26265 scale. EVERYTHING else has been normal. Personally I dont want to loose anymore weight. I would like to tone up though and maybe gain a little muscle not kelly rippa style but healthy looking muscle. Because I havent had an appetite I have been forcing myself to eat the meals I eat lunch will be a normal home cooked meal balanced w/ protein veggie starchgood size plate and then dinner will be bowl of minstrone soup and 1/2 sandwich or similar. I try to drink green tea and banana for breakfast Im not a breakfast type person and drink water the rest of the day I realize I dont drink enough water. Feeling bones is a little scary for me even if it looks healthy. I dont want to be large like I was premetformin but I dont want to be unhealthy either. Maybe Im just not use to my weight after so many years being larger? SO I guess my question is... how do I gain muscle while not loosing anymore weight so that I feel healthy look healthy and dont feel like Im wasting away???? Suggestions??

This isnt a simple question to answer in a few paragraphs so my advice would be to buy Donna Astons book Fat or Fiction as of all the books Ive read about muscle gain and weight loss it is the most straight forward and clear cut advice you can get. Fairly cheap on eaby.

The only way to build muscle is to get stronger and by feeding your body the extra calories it needs to build that muscle. First you need to start eating more so you stop losing weight. Once you find that balance then you need to add maybe 100200 calories a day a turkey sandwich for example and start a fitness routine. 3 days a week start doing resistance training such as lunges pushups dumbbell presses and rows. Each week make sure you work harder. Do more reps or left a heavier weight. This will prompt your muscles to grow. Also try doing introducing more intense cardio if your health allows it such as sprints.

Muscle and fat cells work in similar fashion when it comes to eating. You have to overfeed them to induce growth. With muscle you obviously have to add progressive resistance training. Up your calories with either milk or a shake watch the carb content. Keep track of your weight. You should gain maybe a .5 lb per week initially. A little more is not terrible if you are training hard. Obviosuly if you lose you have to increase calories again.

Hello you may be able to find proposal forms at your small business administration SBA office. They have resources online too that may point you to the correct place to find forms. I would also do a search for those types of forms there may be some free places that offer basic services.

what steps do i take to become a famous singer?

this question sounds naive. i am not under the belief that anybody can easily rise to fame. but this is my only passion and i am pretty good at it. i am 18 and i have been classically trained at singing for 7 years though my real passion is jazz and acoustic music. i can also play the piano and guitar. i am also pursuing other career possibilities in case this one doesnt work out for me but what steps can i take in order to make something for myself in the music industry? i live in new zealand so dont tell me to audition for any idol competition. any help would be wonderful. thanks.
