When and how shall I claim a student loan university fees?
In currently in the last year of sixthform and going to go to uni in Autumn 2011 and paying the high fees while being working class is going to be quite hard therefore the loan or other form of financial support is needed. The question is shall I start claiming even now with a year long advance?
