deeply concern with my SE visibility.. dying to find answers and help if possible..?

Though I havent blogged/updated my website www.writeffects.com consistently lately but have already been optimizing my website well enough for possible SE visibility for more than a year now. Was a bit busy for couple of months now due to some other important things personal that really needs my attention thats why I havent had the time to really focus on optimizing offpage optimization specifically my website... I am really concern because my competitors I think have that powerful secret in keeping their stability in search engine spots. Well I am sure one possible reason is because they have to pay for SEO services pay for paid listing outsource other SEO tasks.. I guess? Now I just wanted to know if youve experienced this kind of situation when you first started your website? What have you done that made your website visible to SEs now? Well aside from spending do you have any suggestions except of course hiring new people to help me out? Are there any FREE SEO service who can help me out with my optimization? Or better yet cheaper/affordable rates for SEO service that guarantees better ranking and search engine visibility? Really wanted to increase my sales i guess everybody wishes the same.. Would really appreciate all your help. I am really looking forward to hear your say on this. Thanks in advance Have a happy weekend

Not really a secret or any fancy high roller bank account....its a number game really....you have to out do whatever your competition has done to get where they are....truth be told..no one can hide their backlinks etc from the search engines and other people who are wanting to see what theyve been up to. Google loves fresh content....if you build links consistantly for a while then quite...it throws a wrench in your SEO efforts....heres what I would do since you havent really touch your site in a while... First.....check to see if your still listed within the Google database.....open up Google and this site:yourwebsitegoeshere.com If you get a result then your still in the database and thats a start. Second see where your site is currently ranked for your keywords. Navigate here http://www.seocentro.com/tools/searchengines/keywordposition.html Enter your keywords and your url and it will tell you if your site if in the top 100 of Google. If you not in there dont sweat it...youve got some work to do my friend. You will need to increase your backlinks to float to the top of Google....dont expect instant results as Google is a slow moving beast that takes forever to update information. Also I would check to see how many backlinks you might have using the yahoo explorer: https://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/mysites Once you know where your at you need to see where you need to put...take the 1 spot in Google and pop it into the yahoo explorer and check out the backlinks listed....be sure to choose the show links: Except from this domain else you will see their inner links as well. After that start building some backlinks to your site to start out ranking them. You will need high page rank sites that has a do follow status google can see them and are relevant to your site. Method to obtain backlinks: Article Marketing write some articles about your topic dont optimize the article around your actual keywords and put an anchor text link in the article back to your site and submit it to the top article submission directories Forum/Blog posting find some blogs/forum with a high PR that are do follow and relevant to your topic and post some comments on the blog with a link back to your site and create an account on the forum sites and put your url in the profile of the whats your websites url. Bookmark your site on the top Social Bookmarking sites Those are a few that should get your started....also you can visit internet marketing forums like the warrior forum digital point blackhatworld etc to ask questions and find more answers.

It is tough to compete with sites that pay a company to do their SEO for them. If you have monetized your site you may be best in spending some money to increase your SE visibility
