weight loss problem? what worked for you?
ive been having A LOT of trouble with weight loss. its weird because i eat fairly healthy exercise almost regularly drink sooo much water take vitamins and im a teen so i shud have a good metabolism eating plan: breakfast: breakfast tea and total cereal or sepcial k bar or eggs or turkey sausage snack: celery or apple or cheese stick or turkey or banana or nuts lunch: yogurt or salad or cheese and meat or soup snack: same as above dinner some kind of lean breadless meat and veggies snack: 10 cal ice pop quaker rice cakes plain popcorn nillas or some like 100150 cal snack portion sized in zip lock or i cheat and have like two oreos or a few spoonfuls of ice cream or a 120 cal italian ice something like that but small portion drink: lots of water sometimes like 5 cal lemonade mix thing about 32 oz of green tea exercise: varies every day p90x hip hop pilates biggest loser or jillian michaels vid run elliptical or bike on average: workout about 510 hours ive been doing this plan for about 2 months now

How long have you been training? That plan should make you shed bodyfat. the only thing i would suggest is upping your healthy fats. you need them to make the body lose weight steadily.

Well it kinda worked for me all i did was just goin on a diet and since i play football i didnt even knoe i was losing fat
