i have protools mpowered essential the problem is it doesny have all plugins how do i get them or a free 1?
Dont have all the plung ins is there a way to get a complete program free or all the plugins for recording purposes.

Not legally. Plugins cost money and a substantial amount at that. You should still have at least a moderate selection enough to get done a lot of the work you could do on Pro Tools SE. KDecka
