Is there a way to get rid of pus sitting under the skin?

I used to have a lot of constant acne but ever since I switched up my old skin care products to more natural and effective products a month ago I havent gotten a single zit Problem is there is still a few spots under my skin where the pus is still there normally this pus would have formed into pimples by now. The pus under my skin seems to be trapped there it doesnt go away and doesnt come out because it wont form a head. What can i do about it?

try using a warm compress on the area several times a day. you may need to have it lanced though.
