Quick weight loss cleanse?
Ive eaten unhealthily over the last 2 days. Is there anythings I can do to give my system a reboot so I am ready to get back to my diet and healthy eating? like green tea or a 3 day cleanse or something

Jog 2.4km or walk for 30 mins for 2 days. And then continue ur healthy lifestyle.
