New boss wants me to make Avery labels file and save then email it to him?

1. Go to www.ncua.gon 2. When the page pens Click on Credit Union Data Listed across the top of page 3. When info drops down click on find credit union 4. Next page click on Credit Union Utility in blue 5. When that page opens fill in State but not city and/ or zip code then enter 6. List of California Credit Unions two pages will open automatically. 7. Find a credit union try Safe Credit Union N. Highlands 2nd page of list Click on View 8. On next page click on Products Services 9. Read description and see if the word Business loans or any word of business or Member Business Loans or Member Business Real Estate appears in description. 10. If so then go back to name of credit union and put Name Address City/State zip in a Label 6469 format on Word Under Tools/Letters and Mailings/Envelopes and labels/Labels How do I do the last step and save the file so I can email it to him? I have word 2007 but no avery software...this is a telecommute job.
